Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Tender Bidding Executive who has robust knowledge and hands-on experience in Government e-Marketplace GeM Portal tender search bid submission contract management and documentation The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented proactive and able to handle end-to-end tendering independently Key Responsibilities GEM Portal Management Manage complete tendering process on GeM Portal Search identify analyze relevant tenders on GeM and other govt portals Upload products update catalogues manage pricing Prepare and submit bids as per guidelines Track tender status amendments corrigendums clarifications Documentation Compliance Prepare technical commercial documents Ensure all documents meet government tender norms Coordinate with internal teams for data accuracy Maintain tender MIS submission records and documentation files Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
