Role & responsibilities The Business Intelligence Executive will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving Power BI dashboards and business reports that support decision-making across Sales, Retail, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Leadership teams. The role will work closely with the CTO and cross-functional stakeholders to convert raw business data into meaningful dashboards, insights and automated reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Power BI Dashboard Development

- Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and business reports.

- Create KPI-driven dashboards for Sales, Retail, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance teams.

- Ensure dashboards are accurate, user-friendly and optimized for performance.

Business Reporting and Analytics

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.

- Analyze trends, exceptions and key business movements to support leadership decisions.





- Convert data into actionable insights through visualization and reporting.

SQL and Data Management

- Write SQL queries for data extraction, validation and reporting.

- Work with data sources such as ERP, CRM, Excel and other internal systems.

- Maintain data accuracy, consistency and version control across dashboards and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidate should have hands-on Power BI dashboard development experience.

- Should be comfortable working with SQL and multiple business data sources.

- Should have exposure to MIS, reporting automation and business KPI dashboards.

- Local Udaipur candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Udaipur will be preferred.

- Experience in retail, e-commerce, manufacturing or supply chain reporting will be an advantage.
