Realta Ventures is seeking a agile and result-oriented Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and support the company's strategic growth in the real estate and redevelopment sector.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Prepare long-term financial plans and budgets.
- Advise the Directors and CEO on financial risks, opportunities, and strategic decisions.

Budgeting & Forecasting

- Prepare and monitor annual budgets.
- Track project-wise budgets and expenditures.
- Conduct cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Review cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.

Treasury Management

- Manage banking relationships and financial institutions.
- Arrange project finance and working capital facilities.
- Monitor liquidity requirements and optimize cash management.

Accounting & Reporting

- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure timely preparation and review of:
- Balance Sheet




- Profit & Loss Statements
- Cash Flow Statements
- MIS Reports

Compliance

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements relating to:
- Income Tax
- GST
- Companies Act
- TDS
- Statutory Audits

Risk Management

- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Prevent fraud, financial irregularities, and revenue leakages.

Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience in the real estate, redevelopment, or construction industry will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
