Job Title: EPR & Compliance Executive – Business Development (E-Waste Industry)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience)

About the Company: A CPCB-authorized e-waste recycling company committed to environmentally sound recycling, resource recovery, and EPR compliance for producers and bulk consumers across India.

Role Overview: We are hiring an EPR & Compliance Executive/Manager with a business development focus to manage CPCB EPR portal operations, producer onboarding, regulatory compliance, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and manage the CPCB EPR Portal; generate and reconcile EPR Certificates
- Onboard producers and drive new business through compliance partnerships
- Ensure compliance with E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022




- Coordinate with CPCB/SPCB and prepare statutory returns
- Maintain compliance records, manifests, and recycling reports
- Build and manage relationships with producers and channel partners

Requirements:

- Bachelor's in Environmental Science/Engineering, Chemistry, Law, or related field
- 2–6 years' experience with an e-waste recycler, PRO, or EPR consultancy
- Hands-on CPCB EPR Portal experience is mandatory
- Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and communication skills
