We are looking for positive, motivated, and forward-thinking professionals in India to join our growing remote team as US Market Claims Recovery Specialists.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals who have worked with the US market, international BPO, outbound calling, sales, collections, lead generation, appointment setting, or closing.

Role Overview

As a US Market Claims Recovery Specialist, your role will involve communicating with property owners and heirs in the United States regarding potential surplus funds claims identified through public records research.

Your responsibilities include

- Contacting property owners and heirs in the US market.
- Locating and verifying individuals using provided research information.
- Communicating professionally with potential clients.
- Building trust and rapport over the phone.
- Explaining the surplus funds recovery process using company-provided scripts and training.
- Handling questions and objections professionally.
- Sending agreements through email/PDF for review and signature.
- Following up with interested individuals.
- Obtaining completed and signed agreements.
- Maintaining accurate records of communication and follow-up activity.

No lead generation is required. All leads and research information are provided.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Performance-Based Commission | Paid in USD

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity.

Your earnings are based on your ability to communicate effectively with US clients and obtain signed agreements.

Commission Structure

First 20 Signed Agreements Per Month:

USD $50 per successfully executed agreement

Every Agreement After Monthly KPI Is Achieved:





USD $100 per additional successfully executed agreement

High-performing specialists have the opportunity to earn significantly more than traditional BPO roles through performance-based commissions.

Performance Expectation The first-month performance target is:

Minimum 20 signed agreements during the first month.

Candidate Requirements

Required

Minimum 2 years experience working with US customers or clients.

Advanced spoken and written English.

Strong phone communication skills.

Experience handling outbound calls.

Ability to build trust and handle objections.

Comfortable speaking with US customers.

Ability to work during US business hours.

Reliable laptop or desktop computer.

Reliable internet connection.

Quiet professional workspace.

Ability to use a US phone number or approved US calling solution.

Technical Skills & Online Research Ability

Candidates should be comfortable using online platforms, researching information, and learning US-based systems.

The role requires

Strong internet browsing skills.

Ability to research and verify information online.

Ability to navigate US websites, public records websites, and government-related websites.

Ability to learn and use US skip tracing platforms and research tools.

Comfortable working with email, PDF documents, online forms, spreadsheets, and digital systems.

Ability to use VPN or approved US internet access solutions when required for accessing US research platforms.

Full training will be provided on skip tracing tools,



research methods, company workflow, and client communication processes.
