We are looking for a dedicated, full-time Science Part 1 (Physics & Chemistry) Teacher to join our coaching institute. This role focuses on delivering strong conceptual clarity for secondary students across both State Board and CBSE curriculums, with a clear growth path into junior college coaching next year.

Working Hours & Schedule (Split Shift):

- Total Hours: 8 to 8.5 hours per day
- Morning Shift: 2 hours
- Evening Shift: 6 hours
- Schedule: Day shift / Split shift, Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

- Current Academic Year: Teach Science / Science Part 1 (Physics & Chemistry) for Class 8th, 9th, and 10th (handling both Maharashtra State Board and CBSE batches).
- Upcoming Academic Year: Transition into teaching senior batches, expanding the role to cover Physics & Chemistry from Class 9th to Class 12th.
- Simplify complex scientific formulas and theories, conduct regular chapter-wise tests, and guide students toward achieving 90%+ board scores.

Requirements:

- Education: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.E., B.Tech, or equivalent in a relevant science stream.



(B.Ed. is a plus but not mandatory).
- Subject Expertise: Deep understanding of secondary school Physics and Chemistry topics (for both NCERT/CBSE and State Board textbooks).
- Communication: Excellent explanation skills. Ability to teach fluently in English, while comfortably interacting in Marathi/Hindi to support semi-English medium students.
- Mindset: Enthusiastic about upgrading skills to teach 11th and 12th-grade standards next year.

Salary & Perks:

- Starting Salary: ₹30,000 per month (Flexible/Negotiable for the right candidate with strong subject depth).
- Guaranteed Career Growth: Salary will be revised upward based on market standards for senior secondary faculty as the role expands into 11th and 12th standard teaching next year.
