Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to take complete ownership of paid customer acquisition at Theos. Your primary mandate will be to design, execute, and optimize hyper-targeted lead generation campaigns on Meta (Instagram & Facebook) to keep our sales pipeline filled with high-intent premium clients. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of premium target psychology with an expert command over machine learning and automated AI campaign optimization tools.

Key Responsibilities

* *Campaign Management:* Build, launch, and manage paid lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads Manager from scratch, leveraging advanced AI-driven campaign structures to ensure optimal budget utilization.





* *Audience Targeting:* Develop and test precise audience targeting strategies tailored to premium property owners, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and specific micro-markets.

* *A/B Testing & AI Creative Scaling:* Continuously test ad creatives, hooks, landing pages, and lead forms. Use AI creative engines to rapidly iterate on high-performing winning assets to lower Cost Per Lead (CPL) while increasing lead quality.

* *Analytics & Reporting:* Track, analyze, and present weekly/monthly performance metrics (ROAS, CPL, CTR) and monitor the technical SEO health and traffic growth of the website blog.

Requirements & Qualifications

* *Experience:* 3+ years of hands-on experience running high-budget paid ad campaigns, ideally for high-ticket industries like interior design, luxury real estate, or premium modular furniture.

* *AI Campaign Optimization:* Proven track record of using predictive AI platforms and automated asset tools to build, test, and scale ad campaigns rapidly.

* Required Toolkit: *Meta Advantage+ Campaigns* (machine learning for budget and targeting optimization), *AdCreative.ai / Pencil* (AI-driven banner variant generation based on historical performance), and *ChatGPT / Claude* (writing high-intent, psychologically targeted ad hooks).

* *Technical Expertise:* Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel setup, custom conversions, and Google Analytics.

* *Analytical Mindset:* Robust capability to numbers-crunch, interpret complex data trends, and pivot strategies based on ROI.
