Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS), Instalment Activity Statements (IAS), and GST reconciliations
- Prepare Income Tax Returns for individuals, sole traders, companies, trusts, and partnerships
- Assist with tax compliance work, including ATO correspondence and client follow-ups
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting records for tax reporting
- Maintain and update client files and financial data in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Reckon)
- Assist with tax planning support work, including income summaries and deduction analysis
- Prepare financial statements for tax purposes, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
- Support senior accountants with year-end tax workpapers and adjustments




- Communicate with clients to collect supporting documents for BAS and tax lodgements
- Ensure compliance with ATO requirements, deadlines, and Australian tax legislation

Qualifications and experience required:

✅5+ years of accounting & business services experience

✅ B.com/M.com

✅Experience in preparing of Income Tax Returns

✅Exposure and knowledge of Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks and Reckon highly regarded

A committed team player with excellent interpersonal and team skills

Working Days: 5 days (Monday – Friday)

Working hours: 7 am -4 pm

Work Location: In person (work location is Chandigarh)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
