- train and empower youth and community members under CSR initiatives in Business Correspondent (BC) and Business Facilitator (BF) roles, enabling sustainable livelihoods and promoting financial inclusion in underserved rural and semi-urban areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured training on BCBF curriculum aligned with CSR and skill development guidelines, covering:
- Basics of Banking & Financial Inclusion
- Government schemes (PMJDY, DBT, social security schemes, etc.)
- AEPS, Micro-ATM, UPI, and digital transactions
- Customer service, field operations & business sourcing
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and field exposure visits
- Simplify financial concepts for candidates from low-income or non-technical backgrounds
- Ensure adherence to CSR project guidelines, donor requirements, and training quality standards
- Maintain complete documentation
- Attendance, assessments, batch progress reports
- Training MIS, audit readiness, and compliance records
- Assess trainees through tests, mock drills, and practical evaluations
- Provide soft skills and employability training (communication, grooming, work readiness)
- Coordinate with mobilization and placement teams for candidate selection and job linkage
- Support post-placement tracking and retention as per CSR project requirements
- Engage with local communities, stakeholders, and banking partners when required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Finance / Rural Development preferred)
- Certification in BFSI / BCBF (preferred)
- 13 years of experience in training, preferably in CSR/NGO or skill development projects
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial inclusion and rural banking ecosystem
- Ability to train grassroots-level candidates in simple and practical manner
- Positive communication skills in local language(s) and basic English
- Hands-on knowledge of digital financial services (AEPS, UPI, mobile banking)
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, MIS entry)
