Job Summary:
We are hiring candidates for the role of HR Executive. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Job Location: Bonhooghly, Kolkata, West Bengal
Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings on platforms such as Facebook Indeed and Naukri etc..
Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms
Call candidates and explain job roles and responsibilities
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Maintain candidate records and follow-ups
Assist in onboarding selected candidates

Training:
Selected candidates will receive 10 days of structured training after joining.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Basic communication skills in Bengali and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge




Willingness to work in recruitment and HR activities
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Work Schedule:
Day shift 6 days working per week
