Job Overview

Nevina Infotech is looking for a motivated and confident Human Resource (HR) Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for MBA (HR) freshers who have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, and other HR operations.
- Coordinate employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Communicate company policies and HR procedures to employees.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.




- Support workforce management and employee coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements

- MBA in Human Resource (HR) is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Highly confident with a professional attitude.
- Ability to manage employee workforce effectively.
- Valuable organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
