Key Responsibilities

Sales &

- Business Development

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Fans, Pumps, and Appliances.

- Drive primary sales through distributors and ensure healthy secondary sales in the market.

- Identify new business opportunities, dealers, and retailers to expand market reach.

- Launch new products and ensure effective product placement and visibility.

Channel Partner Management

- Appoint, manage, and develop distributors, dealers, and retailers within the territory.

- Ensure optimum stock availability and proper inventory planning with channel partners.

- Monitor credit control, collections, and outstanding payments as per company policy.

- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships with key accounts.

Market Intelligence &

- Competition Tracking

- Track competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and product movements.

- Provide regular market feedback to the management for strategic decision-making.

- Analyze sales trends and take corrective actions to improve performance.

Promotions &

- Visibility





- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities at dealer and retailer levels.

- Ensure effective in-store branding, merchandising, and display standards.

- Organize dealer meets, influencer meets, and product demonstrations as required.

Team Coordination &

- Reporting

- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, marketing, and finance for smooth operations.

- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates to seniors.

- Maintain accurate sales data and MIS reporting.
