Job Description

We’re always looking to expand our team of talented professionals at ITR and currently seeking qualified candidates that would make a good fit for SAP Service Management (SAP SM)/SAP CS Consultant.

Job Title: SAP Service Management (SAP SM)/SAP CS Consultant
Working Hours: 4:30PM to 12:30AM (IST)
Job Type: Freelance/Contract
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Responsibilities:

5+ years of experience
Solid functional understanding of SAP Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Field Service, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts




Experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Supply Chain (SCM), trade compliance (GTS) and Reporting/Analytics (BI)
Must worked on projects using Accelerated SAP methodology for implementations
Must have experience with SAP ECC Customer Service
