Job Title: Learning Executive

Job Purpose

- Improve customer service quality and consumer service experience through effective technical learning.
- Manage learning projects, development activities, and service preparedness for new model launches.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute L3 technical training programs for field service staff, MCCs, and TMs on 3-on-1 concept.
- Manage training operations including participant coordination, practical sessions, training aids, tools, and equipment readiness.
- Develop learning modules, technical bulletins, and support new model technology learning.
- Conduct tear-down activities to understand product features, technologies, and special tool requirements.
- Monitor and execute assigned projects within timelines.
- Develop cutting-edge learning methods, working models, and animations for better technical understanding.
- Plan and execute Technical Skill Contests at Zonal and National levels.

Candidate Profile

Education:

- B.E. in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Automobile Industry.
- 3 years of experience in Training & Development roles.

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of two-wheeler technology and practical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Photoshop/CorelDRAW will be an added advantage.

Behavioural Skills:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
