Experience 8 TO 10 Years
Budget Rs. 80,000 CTC / Month
Communication Level Tamil / English / Hindi (will be a plus)
Qualification MSW / MBA
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end statutory compliance for the organization.
Ensure compliance with all labour laws, Factory Act, LWF, ESI Act, PF Act, and related legislations.
Manage contract labour, maintain records, and coordinate with contractors for compliance.
Oversee and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closures of non-compliances.
Liaise with government departments and handle statutory inspections effectively.
Maintain and update compliance MIS and statutory registers.
Conduct vendor and contractor audits to ensure adherence to statutory norms.




Required Skills & Competencies:
Solid knowledge of labour laws and statutory frameworks.
Proficiency in managing factory-level compliance activities.
Experience in handling audits such as:
SMETA, SEDEX, SA 8000, Bureau Veritas (Burap), Buyer Audits, CTPAT, BSCI, RJC, etc.
Candidate must worked in any two Auditing experience from the above mentioned.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Exposure to the textile industry are preferred
