Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end hiring across retail operations and corporate functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of closing positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Hire for roles such as Area Managers, Program Managers, Business Analysts, Supply Chain, Corporate Functions, and other business-critical positions.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.




- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, onboarding, and recruitment MIS.
- Manage onboarding coordination and verification for respective candidates.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines.

Desired Candidate

Profile - 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong lateral hiring exposure.

- Experience hiring for retail, e-commerce, FMCG, logistics, Tech or consumer businesses is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Solid sourcing, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a quick-paced environment. Qualification - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred. Interested candidates should apply via job link below : Job Application Link
