We are a Pet Store & Spa located in the heart of Kochi, in Panampilly Nagar, and we are looking for an Animal Lover for the position of a Retail Sales Advisor at our second store location in Thrippunithura, Kochi.

You will be required to have extremely valuable knowledge of all the products that we carry and knowledge of our software for billing and stock keeping purposes. You must be willing to assist in the spa as and when needed. Training will be provided.

You must possess excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide them with the best possible advice/products for their pets. You must be well groomed at all times and ensure customer satisfaction.

You must have the capability to meet monthly sales goals.

MINIMUM 1 year experience in the Retail Sales field. NO experience required in the pet industry.

Must be willing to work from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM





Must be willing to work on weekends.

Job Qualifications:

- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years’ work experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, Malayalam and conversational Hindi

Job base location: Poonithura, Kochi

Job training location: Panampilly Nagar, Kochi (2 weeks)

Salary: Will be based on the candidates education qualification and work experience. This will be finalised after the interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
