My client is looking for an experienced Team Lead – Wealth Management to lead a high-performing team of Relationship Managers while driving business growth across the HNI and affluent client segment.

This is an excellent prospect for a leader who combines strong client advisory capabilities with a proven ability to build teams, grow Assets Under Management (AUM), and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

What you'll do:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Wealth Relationship Managers
- Drive AUM growth, revenue, and product penetration across HNI portfolios
- Acquire and deepen relationships with HNI clients through referrals and local networks
- Deliver holistic wealth solutions across Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other investment products
- Monitor team productivity, ensure superior client servicing, and maintain regulatory compliance

We're looking for:

8–12 years of experience in Wealth Management,



Private Banking, Broking, AMC, or Financial Advisory

Proven success in managing HNI/affluent client portfolios and achieving AUM & revenue targets

Prior experience leading Relationship Managers and building high-performing teams

Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and client advisory

NISM & IRDA certifications are mandatory
