About the Role We are seeking a agile and technically sound Sales Engineer to drive sales of industrial electric motors (AC/DC/HT/LT/Flameproof/Vibration motors/Specialty motors) across EPC companies and end users across various industries all over India. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, field sales experience, and excellent customer handling skills. Key Responsibilities  Generate new business opportunities with EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, and end users  Promote and sell industrial electric motors across multiple industries  Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and client meetings  Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders  Negotiate commercial terms and close orders  Follow up on enquiries, payments,



and deliveries  Maintain strong customer relationships and key accounts  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets  Provide after-sales coordination and technical support  Monitor market trends and competitor activities Required Skills & Qualifications  Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering  2–5 years experience in motor or industrial electrical product sales  Good knowledge of AC/DC, HT/LT, flameproof, and specialty motors  Experience dealing with EPCs and industrial customers  Strong communication and negotiation skills  Proficient in MS Office and email communication Preferred Traits  Result-oriented and target driven  Good technical problem-solving ability  Willingness to travel locally for client visits  Professional and relationship-focused approach What We Offer  Competitive fixed salary  Performance-based incentives  Exposure to multiple industries  Growth opportunities in technical sales
