We are looking for a candidate with 2–5 years of practical experience in accounting, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, reconciliations and accounts finalisation. The role is suitable for someone who has worked on client accounting assignments and is comfortable handling accounts with ownership and accuracy.

Roles and responsibilities

- Maintain accounting records in Tally, TallyPrime, Zoho Books and other accounting software
- Post sales, purchase, bank, cash, journal and adjustment entries
- Handle bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and basic account reconciliations
- Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, advances, expenses and suspense accounts
- Prepare GST workings, GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B data and GST reconciliation support
- Prepare TDS workings, payment data and quarterly return filing support
- Assist in Professional Tax, Income Tax and other compliance workings
- Support accounts finalisation, closing entries and preparation of accounting schedules
- Prepare MIS, QIS, accounting summaries and client reports as required
- Coordinate with clients for invoices, documents, bank statements and data follow-ups
- Maintain proper working papers, documentation and due-date trackers




- Support seniors in audits, reconciliations, financial statements and compliance assignments

Candidate profile

- B.Com / M.Com / BAF / Commerce graduate preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- CA firm experience will be preferred
- Good working knowledge of Tally / TallyPrime, Zoho Books and MS Excel
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax and accounting principles
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts with accuracy and responsibility
- Valuable communication and client coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, organised and willing to take ownership of assigned work
- Candidates residing in Mulund or nearby areas preferred

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Paid Leave: 2 days each month
