Job Requirements

We are now looking for a Technical Lead who can manage R&D; projects related to Industrial Gas Turbines components across Compressors, Combustion and Turbine parts.

Key requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in mechanical / production / aerospace engineering.
- Have worked in Gas Turbine Engines (Mandatory)
- 8-10yrs of Project Management experience preferably across aerospace and Gas Turbines domain.
- Valid PMP certification or Prince2 certification is a must for this position.
- At-least 8yrs of work experience and ability to demonstrate project creation, task & resource planning and project monitoring using MS Projects, Primavera is a must.




- Experience handling Gas Turbines Projects and knowledge of Gas Turbine architecture would be given preference.
- Knowledge and awareness of SAP and PLM would be an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and collaborate with different cross functional teams to take a project from launch to completion.
- Ability to perform risk analysis and mitigate the key risks. Knowledge of risk assessment tools would be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Swedish.
- Must have excellent presentation skills to be able to present in Project Steering Committee and Business Gates meetings.
