What you'll do This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly on end-to-end hiring across teams.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
Work closely with hiring managers on role requirements
Maintain and track pipelines in hiring tools/sheets
