Role Description The Talent Acquisition Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for diverse roles within the organization.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, maintaining a robust candidate pipeline,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process. The role also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives, leveraging recruitment tools and platforms, and preparing recruitment-related reports and metrics. This position requires close coordination with HR and business teams to ensure timely hiring and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and engage effectively with candidates.
- Candidates should possess IT & NON IT Recruitment experience, particularly in sourcing and assessing technical talent.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding capabilities, including promoting the organization across digital and offline channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment analytics, and modern sourcing techniques.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
