Role Description The Supply Chain Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day supply chain activities, including coordinating purchases, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment of pet products across retail locations. The Specialist will track inventory movements, analyze sales and demand patterns, and collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to optimize availability, cost, and service levels.

Daily tasks include updating inventory systems,



resolving stock discrepancies, preparing operations reports, and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. The person in this role will work closely with store and warehouse staff to maintain accurate records and ensure that customers consistently find the products they need.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid skills in Supply Chain Operations and Operations Management to oversee end-to-end product movement and process efficiency.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret demand data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and store personnel.

Candidates should possess practical Inventory Management skills to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock.

Relevant educational background in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in retail, FMCG, or pet products operations is beneficial.

Proficiency with inventory or ERP software and basic MS Excel or similar tools is advantageous.

Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
