Classy Furniture is hiring a Telecaller / Telesales Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and follow up with customers.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Convert leads into sales.
- Update customer details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth order processing.

Requirements

- Fluent in Malayalam with basic English.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp Business, and social media.
- Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Sales is preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
