Key Responsibilities

- Support the configuration, administration, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, RCM, Time Management and Performance &
- Goals.

- Assist with configuration tasks such as workflows, business rules, data models, event reasons, and foundation objects.

- Provide hands-on support for SAP Payroll, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with EC.

- Perform system testing, data validation, UAT coordination, and support go-live activities.

- Participate in requirement gathering and document business processes across EC, RCM, and Performance &

- Goals.

- Troubleshoot issues, analyse root causes, and collaborate with internal teams or SAP Support for resolutions.

- Maintain configuration workbooks, functional documentation, and training materials.

- Support Quarterly Release Managementanalyse release notes, test features, and assist with deployment.





- Assist with integrations between EC and downstream systems, including Payroll and Time.

- Conduct end-user training and support change management initiatives.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

- Exposure to RCM and Performance &
- Goals

modules.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll, including master data validation and payroll process understanding.

- SuccessFactors EC Certification

- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and organizational structures.

- Experience with basic EC configuration and data management.

- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
