Position: Store Manager
Location: Noida 127 / Delhi OKHLA
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Working Timings: 10 AM - 6 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time (In Office only) - Monday to Saturday 6 days working
Annual offered salary: 25-35k

Role Summary
The Store Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of project stores, including receipt, storage, issue and documentation of all construction and interior materials for Urbtech India Developers sites. The role ensures accurate inventory control, coordination with purchase, billing and project teams, and strict adherence to company policies, safety norms and cost-control measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete store operations including receipt, unloading, counting, stacking, storage, issue and return of all materials at project site.
- Verify all incoming materials against Purchase Orders, challans, invoices and delivery notes; ensure correct quantity, quality and specifications before acceptance.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate stock registers (manual/ERP) for receipts, issues, transfers and stock balances for all items.
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems, including minimummaximum levels, reorder points and material consumption tracking for each project.
- Coordinate with Purchase/SCM and Project teams for material planning, indents, delivery schedules and material substitutions where required.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification, cycle counts and monthly/quarterly stock audits; analyse variances and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper storage conditions, identification tags, bin cards, stacking, and preservation of materials to avoid damage, pilferage and wastage.
- Monitor daily issue of materials to construction and interior teams based on approved material requisitions and BOQs; ensure controlled and documented consumption.
- Coordinate material reconciliation with Billing/Accounts for RA bills, contractor settlements and project closing.
- Ensure timely documentation and handling of material returns to vendors, scrap disposal and non-moving/slow-moving stock reporting.
- Operate and maintain records in ERP software (e.g., Pinga or similar) for material receipts, issues, stock statements and MIS reports.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on stock levels, consumption, shortages, surplus and material efficiency with management.
- Lead, supervise and train store staff (storekeepers, helpers, loaders) to ensure discipline, accuracy and timely completion of store activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, statutory norms and audit requirements related to stores and inventory.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives in material handling, storage and inventory management.
Experience:
- 7-18 years of experience in store management, preferably in real estate, construction or infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience in managing construction and interior materials (cement, steel, tiles, sanitary, electrical, finishing items etc.).
Key Skills & Competencies
- Robust knowledge of inventory control, stock accounting and store procedures.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (Farvision or similar) and MS Excel for reporting.
- Good understanding of construction material specifications, BOQs and site operations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work with Purchase, Projects, Billing and Vendors.
- High integrity, accountability and attention to detail in documentation and cashless handling.
- Ability to lead and supervise store teams, plan work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
- Problem-solving attitude with focus on cost control, reduction of wastage and process improvement.
