Key Responsibilities1 Payroll ProcessingPrepare and process monthly payroll for all employees within defined timelines Ensure accurate calculation of salaries overtime incentives bonuses and deductions Update payroll records with recent hires exits transfers promotions and salary revisions 2 Statutory ComplianceEnsure accurate and timely compliance with statutory requirements such as Provident Fund PF Employee State Insurance ESI Professional Tax PT Income Tax TDS Gratuity LWF and other applicable labor lawsCoordinate with government portals for filings and submissions 3 Data ManagementMaintain payroll data employee master records attendance data and leave records Reconcile payroll records with HR and Finance systems monthly 4 ReportingPrepare monthly payroll reports variance analysis and financial summaries Support internal and external audits with necessary payroll documents Generate employee-specific reports such as Form 16 pay slips tax summaries etc 5 Employee SupportAddress and resolve employee payroll-related queries Provide clarity on salary structure deductions tax calculations and reimbursements 6 Coordination CommunicationWork closely with HR for timely data input Coordinate with Finance for payroll disbursement and expense booking Liaise with external vendors for payroll software and statutory filings if required Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
