About t he Role

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to build and manage a large-scale community engagement network through WhatsApp across districts and cities. The role involves creating a structured ecosystem of community groups, coordinating with field teams, onboarding community administrators, managing communication workflows, and ensuring smooth day-to-day ope rations.

- Lead end-to-end execution of the Community WhatsApp

Network project

- Travel across your assigned region and meet people from differ ent walks of life
- Understand local conversations,



sentiments, and on-ground dynamics
- Stay in regular touc h with your network
- Share regular updates and observations with yo ur reporting manager
- Maintain easy records of your network and daily activitie s

Preferred Background

Candidates with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in any of the following a reas will be preferred:
- Social media management — handling pages, groups, comm unities across platforms
- Community building and engagem ent — online or on-ground
- WhatsApp Community or

Group management at scale

- Influencer management or creator network handling
- NGO or development sector work involving gra ssroots community engagement The ideal candidate is someone who has built something from scratch — a community, a network, a following — and knows what it takes to k eep peopl e engaged over time.

Education

Graduate in any discipline. Education is secondary — the right person ality and network matters more.
