Position

Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

Lead sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Generate business through direct sales, channel partners, and corporate alliances.

Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, brokers, and strategic partners.

Conduct site visits, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.

Manage the complete customer journey from enquiry to booking.

Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and legal teams for seamless execution.

Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence.

Mentor and guide junior sales team members.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Lead conversion and booking ratio.

Channel partner development and engagement.

Customer satisfaction and timely closures.

Team productivity and performance.





Accurate reporting and pipeline management.

Candidate Profile

5–10 years of experience in real estate sales.

Proven track record in residential and/or commercial project sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Customer-centric approach with excellent relationship management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.

Real estate experience is mandatory.

Own vehicle is mandatory.
