Role Description The Senior RAG & Agentic AI Lead will design, build, and optimize advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic AI systems to support immigration consulting workflows, legal research, and client engagement. This full-time, in office role based in Abroad involves collaborating with product, operations, and consulting teams to translate immigration domain knowledge into robust AI solutions, including knowledge bases, conversational agents, and decision-support tools.

The role includes overseeing end-to-end AI system architecture, setting best practices for data ingestion and prompt engineering, monitoring model performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable data privacy and ethical standards.

The Senior

Lead will mentor a small technical team, manage vendor and tooling evaluations, and contribute to strategic AI roadmap planning to enhance service quality, efficiency, and client experience. Regular responsibilities also involve documenting system designs, creating internal guidelines for AI use, and presenting insights and improvements to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in AI system design and architecture, including experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI frameworks,



and orchestration of multi-agent workflows.
- Candidates should possess applied machine learning and NLP skills, such as working with LLMs, vector databases, embedding models, and evaluation techniques for language-based applications.
- Candidates should possess software engineering skills, including proficiency in Python or similar languages, API integration, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and version control tools.
- Candidates should possess data management and governance skills, including data modeling, ETL pipelines, quality assurance, and adherence to security and privacy standards.
- Candidates should possess product and stakeholder collaboration skills, including translating business requirements into technical solutions and managing cross-functional projects.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical team members.
- Relevant experience in legal-tech, immigration services, consulting, or compliance-focused domains is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
