Role Description The Senior Product Manager – SaaS (Unpaid, Voluntary) will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of SaaS-based products that support The Tann Mann Gaadi’s sanitation and wellness fundraising initiatives. This is a volunteer, remote role involving close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and translate social impact goals into scalable digital solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering stakeholder feedback, conducting market and user research, coordinating with design and engineering, and overseeing product lifecycle from concept to release.

The role also includes monitoring product performance, iterating based on data and user insights, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and resource constraints.

Qualifications





Demonstrated experience in product management for SaaS or digital platforms, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, and stakeholder management.

Strong skills in user and market research, data-driven decision-making, and product analytics to guide prioritization and improvement.

Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and operations teams in a remote, distributed environment.

Familiarity with fashion retail industry and not for profit organisations.

Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

Comfort working in an unpaid, voluntary capacity, including flexibility, adaptability, and resourcefulness in low-budget contexts.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field ( e.g., Business, Engineering ) or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with Agile methodologies, product discovery practices, and basic understanding of UX/UI principles is highly beneficial.
