Roles & responsibilities:

- Monitor patient enrolment process and ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Leave management of nurses.
- Handle nurses grievances as the first point of escalation and address it to give a logical closure.
- Handle and manage patients complaints and resolve issues smoothly.
- Responsible for transport and logistics.
- Responsible for operational issues in regards to field visits. (deployment of staff/field supervisor)
- Responsible for monitoring and scheduling supervisory visits of the field supervisors, regularly review the visits and ensure bridging the gaps wherever required.
- Responsible for patient discharges.
- Update reporting manager on any concerns in the field and address them smoothly.

MIS and reporting

- Reports on Manpower utilization, case mix and other metrics report for the review.
- Submit reports as prescribed to the concerned reporting manager.
- Any other work assigned by the manager time to time.
