Job Purpose: Executive - Airline Marketing is responsible for supporting the implementation of marketing strategies and route development plans. This position involves analyzing market trends, assisting in campaign execution, and collaborating with airline partners to optimize route performance. The Executive contributes to the airport’s growth by ensuring effective marketing outreach and maintaining robust relationships with stakeholders, thereby influencing passenger volumes and enhancing the airport’s market presence.

Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns targeted at both existing and potential airline customers. Coordinate the preparation of marketing materials for airline promotions, ensuring consistency with airport branding and guidelines.



Track and assist in the implementation of digital and traditional marketing campaigns related to airline partnerships.

Airline Relationship Support: Provide operational support to the airline marketing team in managing relationships with airline representatives. Coordinate meetings, follow-up on action items, and provide administrative assistance in airline-related activities. Ensure timely communication with airline partners regarding new promotional activities, updates, and campaigns.

- Data Analysis: Support strategic decision-making by conducting detailed market research and analysis. Gather and interpret data on airline industry trends, passenger behaviours, competitor activities, and route performance to inform marketing and partnership strategies. Provide insights and feedback on market trends, potential airline customers, and customer demographics.

Incentive Program Coordination: Assist in implementing incentive programs for airline partners by supporting administrative tasks such as tracking program participation and reporting outcomes. Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely execution of financial incentives or promotional offers.

Event Coordination: Support in the planning and execution of airline marketing events, such as airline meetings, industry conferences, and promotional activities. Assist in coordinating logistics for airline visits, including transportation, accommodations, and meeting setups. Provide on-site support for events, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any operational needs.

Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including the customer experience, digital marketing, and commercial departments,



to align airline marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals. Ensure coordination between the airline marketing department and other internal functions to deliver integrated campaigns. Reporting &

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of airline marketing activities, campaigns, and performance metrics. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarizing campaign results, budget usage, and performance analysis.
