Key Responsibilities

****- Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, notices, and contracts.

- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in property due diligence, title verification, and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities, advocates, and external legal consultants when required.
- Maintain legal records, case files, and compliance documentation.
- Support the team in handling litigation and non-litigation matters.
- Monitor statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Assist in the registration and execution of legal documents.
- Prepare legal reports and update trackers for ongoing cases and legal activities.




- Ensure proper documentation and record management.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Law (LL.B. ) from a recognized institution.
- 03 years of experience in legal practice, legal documentation, compliance, or property law.
- Freshers with strong academic credentials may also apply.
- Good knowledge of contract law, property law, and legal documentation.
- Strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
