Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI-powered applications using advanced LLM technologies to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI/LLM-based applications and solutions
- Work on LLM integration, fine-tuning, and deployment
- Build scalable and high-performance AI systems
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for AI model training and inference
- Implement Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Optimize model latency, performance, and resource utilization




- Develop evaluation frameworks for AI model performance and output quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and delivery
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to AI best practices
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Required Skills Experience
- 4+ years of software development experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML technologies
- Strong experience with Transformer-based models and LLM APIs
- Proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with:
- PyTorch
- TensorFlow
- Hugging Face
- Experience with Vector Databases and Semantic Search
- Robust knowledge of:
- Prompt Engineering
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Fine-tuning Techniques
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms:

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
