About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional solutions.

Experience working with Low-Code platforms (Pega, Appian, OutSystems, Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, etc.) is highly desirable.

The candidate should be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams across Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and define solution requirements.

Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, interviews, and requirement elicitation meetings.

Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization.

Create and maintain

Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)

User Stories

Acceptance Criteria

Process Flows

Use Cases

Wireframes (when required)

Work closely with solution architects and development teams throughout the SDLC.

Support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Perform impact analysis and requirement traceability.

Assist QA teams during test planning, UAT, and production validation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.





Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.

Travel to client locations on demand for workshops, requirement gathering, UAT, and project support.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

8+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise application development projects.

Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.

Excellent documentation skills using industry-standard templates.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with tools such as:

Jira

Confluence

Azure DevOps

Visio

Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to Low-Code Platforms such as Pega, Appian, Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, or Mendix is a strong plus.

Experience working on Digital Transformation initiatives.

Knowledge of BPM, workflow automation, or case management solutions.

Experience creating process models using BPMN or UML.

Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise application architecture.

Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services is an advantage.
