Job Summary

This position reports to the Manager of SAP Sales and Service Systems and is part of the Digital Development Team located in Pune, India, and will be an in office role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Provide Global support and Global Development in the areas of Order Management, Credit Management, E-invoicing and SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, to ensure the effective use of technology in supporting the end-to-end O2C process.

- Lead projects in different areas with minimal guidance and thus realize business/IT strategic priorities.

- Proactively understand end to end business processes and identify opportunities for improvement to simplify/optimize processes and aim for Global standardization and build relationships with implementation partners, consultants, and technology vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

- Implement reporting and analytics capabilities within SAP S/4 Fiori and our SAC & business intelligence system to provide actionable insights on Order to Cash, customer 360, block analysis and collaborate with business stakeholders for end-to-end implementation which includes training and effective utilization of functionalities.

- Work in conjunction with project management, the technical team and other division staff to provide on-going business applications support for integrated applications. These activities include analysis of reported problems,



enhancement requests and minor/major software upgrades.

- Analyze problems by utilizing various DBS standard tools, develop strategies and solutions, carry out Gemba walk and thus ensure business as usual.

The essential requirements of the job include:

- Bachelors degree or masters degree and 6+ years of relevant SAP Sales and Distribution with strong knowledge in entire Order to Cash Process (Quote, Contract, Order booking, Credit Management, Pricing, Availability check, Delivery, and Invoicing).

- Must have been involved in a minimum of one full cycle ERP implementations.

- Current hands-on configuration in SAP Sales and Distribution.

- Must understand the process flow for demand intake, rescheduling, order backlog, shipping along with end customer delivery creation.

- Must understand the compliance requirements within shipping and articulate technical specifications accordingly.

- Experience in Cross Functional Integration of SAP SD module with PP, MM/WM, CS, PS and FI/CO modules.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

- Willing and able to travel up to 20% including international.
