Glove Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Senior AI Specialist with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, and advanced analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience building and deploying AI/ML models using Python, NLP, LLMs, Deep Learning frameworks, Cloud platforms, and Big Data technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions across business applications.
- Build machine learning models using NLP, LLM, and modern AI frameworks.
- Perform model optimization, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to develop innovative solutions.
- Develop scalable ML pipelines using cloud and big data platforms.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Document ML models, processes, and technical solutions.




- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics.
- Strong experience with Machine Learning, NLP, NLU, and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Spark, and API development.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of Databricks, Cloud platforms, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Git, JIRA, and ML model deployment practices.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
