Role Description The Senior Academic Counsellor is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The primary responsibility is to guide students and parents in selecting the most suitable academic programs based on their educational goals, learning requirements, and career aspirations.

Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counselling sessions, understanding students' academic backgrounds, recommending appropriate Infinity Learn courses, and assisting families throughout the admission process.

The Senior Academic

Counsellor will collaborate closely with the sales, academic,



and student success teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience and long-term student engagement.

The role also involves maintaining accurate CRM records, following up with prospective students, achieving enrollment targets, resolving parent queries, and continuously enhancing the overall counselling experience.

Qualifications

Strong experience in academic counselling, educational consulting, or EdTech sales.

Ability to understand students' academic goals and recommend appropriate learning programs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.

Experience counselling students and parents for K–12, JEE, NEET, Foundation, or competitive examination programs is highly preferred.

Proven ability to achieve admissions, revenue, or enrollment targets in a target-driven environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with empathy, active listening, and a student-first approach.

Ability to manage multiple consultations, maintain detailed CRM records, and provide excellent customer service.

Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and online communication platforms.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; prior experience in the EdTech industry is an added advantage. Location:Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)
