Position Requirements

1. Security Consultant

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant field sales experience.
- Salary: Up to 40,000 per month CTC.
- Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory).
- Driving License & Own Bike: Mandatory.
- Reporting Manager: Senior Sales Consultant.

1. Senior Senior Consultant

- Experience: Minimum 6+ years of relevant field sales experience.
- CTC: Up to 8 LPA.
- Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory).
- Driving License & Own Bike: Mandatory.

Role & Responsibilities

Sales Consultant

- Generate leads and meet prospective customers.
- Report to the Senior Sales Consultant.
- Work on customer acquisition and initial client engagement.

Senior Sales Consultant

- Perform all responsibilities of a Sales Consultant.
- Handle customer escalations.
- Close deals generated by the Sales Consultant.
- Support customers whenever required after lead generation.
- Guide and mentor the Sales Consultants.





Customer Segment (B2C) Candidates will be dealing with:
- Commercial Clients: Shops, Jewellery Stores, Malls, Offices, etc.
- Residential Clients: Villas, Independent Houses (Kothis), Premium Homes, etc.

Working Conditions
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week.
- Travel Allowance (TA): Included in the salary package, as candidates will be assigned locations near their residence.
- Hiring: PAN India.

Weekly Off
- NCR Region: Team Leaders (TLs) have their weekly off on Monday. Sales team members will also observe the same weekly off..
