Role Description This is a full time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a SAP IBP Consultant supporting a Fortune 500 MNC’s S/4HANA rollout and implementation. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze existing supply chain and planning processes, translate requirements into SAP IBP solutions, and configure relevant modules.

Daily responsibilities include managing master data, overseeing end-to-end integration between SAP IBP and S/4HANA, preparing functional specifications, and coordinating with technical teams for implementation and testing. The role also involves conducting workshops, supporting UAT, providing user training, and ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to the new landscape.



Ongoing tasks include monitoring system performance, resolving functional issues, and recommending continuous improvements aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements, assess process performance, and design effective SAP IBP solutions.
- Demonstrated consulting experience, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and solution presentation in complex enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of business processes in supply chain planning, demand planning, inventory optimization, and end-to-end process mapping.
- Hands-on experience with master data management within SAP IBP and S/4HANA, including data quality, governance, and maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in system integration between SAP IBP, S/4HANA, and related enterprise applications, with ability to collaborate with technical teams on interfaces.
- Prior exposure to SAP S/4HANA rollout or implementation projects, preferably for large or global organizations.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Relevant SAP certifications in IBP or S/4HANA and experience in the retail or FMCG domain are advantageous.
