Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets. Generate and convert qualified leads into sales. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations. Prepare sales reports and share regular updates with management. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Requirements:5–7 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Target-oriented with a proven sales track record. Good knowledge of the Greater Noida real estate market is an advantage.
