About the Role

On behalf of our client, a leading premium real estate brand, we are hiring for a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager who doesn't wait for opportunities, they create them. In this role, your mission will be to guide prospective buyers through one of the most important investment decisions of their lives while consistently delivering exceptional business results through consultative, trust-first selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage qualified leads seamlessly from initial enquiry, through high-touch client meetings and site visits, to final deal closure.
- Conduct in depth consultative discussions to understand client investment objectives and position tailored premium real estate solutions.




- Build and sustain long term client relationships to maximize repeat business and high-value organic referrals.
- Maintain high CRM discipline, manage accurate sales pipeline tracking, and deliver reliable revenue forecasting.
- Achieve individual revenue, booking, and collection targets consistently while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

- 2 to 8 years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Preferred Background: Experience in Real Estate, Luxury Products, Wealth Advisory, BFSI, Hospitality, Premium Automobiles, or High-End Services.
- Solid communication, active listening, and consultative negotiation skills.
- Self-driven mindset with deep discipline around lead follow-ups and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and client rapport before discussing price.
