Job Summary:

The Sales Manager identifying recent business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves coordinating with technical and design teams to deliver customized CAD-based solutions to customers.

Role Overview:

This is a leadership role responsible for managing inside sales, improving conversion systems, and driving B2B institutional growth across India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Train, monitor, and improve performance of admission counselors/callers
2. Build scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and closing systems
3. Manage CRM pipeline (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
4. Track funnel metrics: Lead Demo Admission Payment
5. Improve conversion ratios and cost per admission
6.



Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports
7. Develop B2B partnerships with universities, colleges, and corporate clients
8. Support website and digital lead funnel optimization

Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum 3 years managing inside sales/admission teams
2. Background in EdTech, Skill Development, Education, or high-volume sales preferred
3. Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics
4. Target-driven, numbers-focused, and strong team leader

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
