Modern Habitat is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head with 5+ years of experience in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading sales teams, and closing high-value deals. Candidates from the Interior Design, Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, Luxury Furniture, Home Décor, or related industries will be preferred. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.

Generate new business opportunities and convert high-value leads into clients.

Build robust relationships with homeowners, architects, builders, developers, and corporate clients.

Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and team KPIs.

Collaborate with the marketing, design, and project teams to ensure seamless project handovers.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations,



and close premium projects.

Identify market opportunities and expand the company's customer base.

Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports. Requirements

5+ years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development.

Prior experience in leading a sales team is preferred.

Background in Interior Design, Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Luxury Furniture, Home Décor, or related industries.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
