Bechogaadi is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the used car industry. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling both inbound and outbound customer calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, negotiating deals, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries from customers interested in buying or selling used cars.

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.

Follow up regularly with existing and prospective customers until deal closure.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options.

Negotiate prices and close deals while maintaining company profitability.

Coordinate with inspection, documentation, and delivery teams for smooth transactions.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitors in the used car market.

Skills





Minimum 6 months of experience in the used car / second-hand car industry.

Strong knowledge of pre-owned vehicle buying and selling processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Excel is preferred.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced sales environment.

Eligibility

Minimum Graduate (Preferred).

Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in the second-hand car market is mandatory.

Candidates from used car dealerships, automobile exchanges, or pre-owned vehicle marketplaces will be preferred.
