RS Global Ventures is a growing supplier of IT Hardware and Office Furniture , serving government departments, corporate organizations, educational institutions, and private businesses. We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Specialist to help expand our customer base and strengthen client relationships.

Role Overview

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting client meetings, and supporting business development activities.

This role combines office-based responsibilities with regular field visits .

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Visit government departments, corporate offices, educational institutions, and prospective clients for meetings and business development during official working hours.
- Present the company's products and solutions to potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order processing.
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate sales records, daily activity reports, and customer databases.




- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and client interactions.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware or office furniture is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Travel Requirement This position includes regular field visits for client meetings and business development activities.

Candidates should be comfortable traveling within Jaipur and nearby areas.

A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred due to the nature of the role.
