Role Description This is a part-time, work from home - Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in India, supporting Viksit Bharat Conferences and Mega Expo activities in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad. The specialist will identify and engage prospective exhibitors, sponsors, partners, and delegates through calls, meetings, and digital outreach. Daily responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, presenting event value propositions, handling inquiries, and providing customer support before, during, and after events.

The role also involves assisting in marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams for event promotions, and contributing to training or briefing sessions for participating businesses. The position requires proactive field engagement, relationship building, and consistent follow-up to drive participation and revenue for the conferences and mega expos. Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse stakeholders and maintain professional relationships.

Proven Sales experience with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Experience in CRM technology and AFFALIATE PARTNER PROGRAM Experience in Sales Management and Training to manage pipelines, support team performance, and guide partners or junior team members.

Familiarity with event marketing, B2B sales, or expo/conference environments is highly beneficial.

Ability to work on-site across major Indian cities, with flexibility for travel as required.

Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software for sales and reporting.
