Role Description This full-time remote Sales and Marketing Specialist role is responsible for driving new business opportunities and supporting existing client relationships. The specialist will manage the sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through presentations, proposals, and closing deals, while collaborating with marketing colleagues to align campaigns with client needs.

Daily tasks include communicating with leads and clients via digital channels, providing high-quality customer service, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and contributing to training efforts that support internal teams and client education on Difinitix’s services.

Qualifications
